To make delivery times as clear as possible we have
included standard mainland UK delivery times with every

destinations may take up to an additional 2-3 days to
arrive at their destination.

we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact
you to request instruction. We may suggest an alternative

Please note that payment will not be debited from your
account until the day goods are ready for dispatch.
Please note that although we use a next day service
we are unable to guarantee or make promises that your
goods will arrive on time, please see 'Late Deliveries'
below.
Late Deliveries - Last
Minute Orders
If you plan to go away on holiday and are counting
on your order arriving before your departure it is important
you read the following:
In order to deliver your goods it is necessary to employ
the services of a courier, whom we refer to as a 3rd
party. Although we expect our couriers to provide our
customers with the an efficient and professional service
that strives to deliver on time, it is impossible for
us to make guarantees on behalf of a 3rd party company.
Unforeseen circumstances that occur during transit may
mean we are unable to deliver on time as expected and
it is for this reason that we cannot guarantee or promise
to deliver your goods the day after they have been ordered.
Therefore we would advise anyone looking to go away
imminently to buy the products required for your holiday
from a local stockist, where the risk of failure to
supply is minimal.
If we have failed to deliver your goods before you
leave for holiday we request that you advise us that
you will not be home before you leave, so we may contact
the courier to request the goods be held until you return
from your holiday. Please note that if you cancel goods
that have already left our premises due to late delivery
you will be liable for the cost of returning goods back
to our premises. The cost of returning your order will
be between £10 to £25.00. To avoid unnecessary
inconvenience please exercise common sense and order
goods allowing enough time in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Courier Services:
Deliveries will be carried out by either Business Post,
Initial City Link or Tuffnells depending upon goods
ordered (orders under £25 will be dispatched via
Royal Mail and usually take between 3-5 working days).
It is impossible to specify times of day with standard
courier services. Goods will require a signature, please
do not sign to accept a delivery before
it has been checked for shortages (unless delivered
by Business Post) and breakages. We are unable to leave
goods at an address unless they have been signed for.
If you are not at home to accept delivery, an attempted
delivery notice card will be left, you will then have
3-days in which to contact the courier to arrange an
alternative delivery time. After 3-days goods will be
returned to our premises and a charge will be made,
equal to the original delivery charge. If goods are
still required the original delivery charge will be
reapplied to your order, this charge also applies to
goods that are redirected to a new address while in
the hands of the courier.
Special Deliveries:
If you require a tailored delivery service, please contact
our office by telephone or email and we will be happy
to discuss the services available to us.

Checking Your Goods on Arrival |
Top |
|
Upon receipt of goods please
examine them thoroughly, if possible in a clean dry
place, ensuring that they are the goods that you ordered,
that they are free from defects, in good working order
and that there are no missing parts or items. Should
you encounter any problems, it is vital that you contact
us as soon as possible and no later than 7-days from
receipt. If you have ordered a tent it is very important
you make sure that you receive the correct model before
you get the tent out of its carry-bag and erect it.
You will not be able to return a tent, if it has been
erected outside.
Please check your delivery for missing items or damaged
goods before you sign for them, if a driver refuses
to wait please write it down on the delivery note. Signing
for goods before they are checked makes it impossible
to make a claim against the courier for replacements,
so please check your goods first.
|
Out of Stock Items |
We make every effort to have
goods in stock at all times but in the event an item/s
should be out of stock we will promptly notify you and
provide a new delivery date. Where possible we will suggest
an alternative product or place the outstanding item/s
on back order. No money will be taken from your account
until the day goods are dispatched. You are free to cancel
your order at anytime should you wish. |

the goods, whatever the condition.

7-days from delivery. Goods returned to us must be complete

Returning a Tent
In the unlikely event we deliver the wrong tent or you
decided to return the tent as unwanted it is very important
that the tent has not been erected outside. Tents that
have been erected outdoors are classified as second hand
and cannot be resold as new. If the tent has been unpacked
and erected indoors in a dry environment returning the
tent should not be a problem. If you would like to return
a tent you must notify us of your intention in writing
either by letter, fax or email within 7-days of receiving
the tent. If you are returning a tent because you have
changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return
postage charge. If we have delivered the wrong tent, we
will take full responsibility for the cost of collecting
and redelivering the correct replacement.
If you find a fault with your tent within 7-days of receiving
it we will exchange it with a new one. If a minor fault
is found it maybe possible for us to rectify it via telephone
or email. If your tent is faulty outside of this 7-day
period notification must be put in writing and we will
contact you to advise the appropriate course of action.
Please be aware that your tent may require a repair that
could take several days to complete, it may also be necessary
to consult with the manufacturer of the tent, which may
also take a few days. If you return a tent with a fault
but it is established that no fault can be found you will
be fully responsible for all carriage charges.
The cost of returning a faulty tent will remain the responsibility
of the owner until the cause of the fault has been determined.
A credit will be issued for the cost of the return delivery
when a replacement or repair has been dispatched. In most
cases we will arrange for collection via our own couriers
to reduce the cost and minimise inconvenience. |
