Samba Mixer Lever Tap - 3/8 Long Tail - Returned

Please note this is a returned item; this tap was delivered to a customer who had fitted it and used a few times. The customer then contacted us to inform us that the tap was leaking which we then got the tap returned to us and an several tests using submersible pumps and bulkhead pumps and couldn't get the tap to leak from the tap tails or base of the tap. We also took the tap apart and examined all components but can't find any issue with any of them.
